Classes

A reminder that I’m back to normal classes and think I’m going to add another. I’ll let you know. So in the regular “special needs” class, as you probably already know, we focus on joints and work on giving more movement and less pain.

Classes cost the same as before, however, there is no drop-in  at the present time.

 $15/class: If you have credit here in the studio, I will keep track of your dues.

Here is my schedule at the moment:

Wed: 4 pm- 5 pm Special Needs
Regular Class All Levels: 75 minutes
Sat.  11 am – 12:15 pm

Qualifications:

• Certified Yoga Instructor

• International Yoga Teacher

• 29 years as a building contractor and 30+ years teaching Yoga

• Body worker for over 50 years. As a body worker and yoga teacher, Allan works frequently with participants’ and clients’ injuries

Allan also teaches Office Yoga with working clothes and shoes on to all your company’s personnel.
